How We Make Your Mark
Garments are pressed one at a time on a flat press, not run through an automated line. That lets us match ink to fabric, square the placement by hand and pull anything that is not sitting right. Single shirts and full team runs go through the same process.
A rotary chuck turns tumblers, bottles and cylindrical stock under the laser so the engraving wraps evenly instead of distorting at the edges. Flat stock runs on the bed for wood, leather, acrylic and coated metal. The mark is burned into the material, so it will not peel or wash off.
We print in PLA, PETG and TPU, from one-off replacement parts to short production runs of a few hundred. Send an STL and we will print it, or send a photo and a set of measurements and we will model it first. Functional parts get printed in the orientation that keeps them strong, not the one that prints fastest.

We handle the rest.
Most projects start with a file: a logo, a monogram, a line of text, sometimes an old photograph. We clean it up, scale it to the material and prove it before anything gets cut or pressed. Vector files give the sharpest result, but a decent photo of a faded logo is usually enough for us to work from. If the artwork is not ready yet, we will tell you before it ends up permanently in leather.
