Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return any items without first contacting us. Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions, including the correct return address. Depending on the product, returns may be processed directly through one of our trusted fulfillment partners.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)
Please do not discard damaged items or packaging until your claim has been reviewed, as additional information may be required by the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized products
- Custom laser-engraved items
- Made-to-order products
- Digital products or downloadable files
- Opened consumable materials, including filament, resin, adhesives, paints, coatings, and similar supplies
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Products fulfilled by third-party partners may be subject to additional return requirements or manufacturer policies. If applicable, we'll provide those instructions during the return process.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not entered processing or shipment.
Orders that have entered processing, shipment, or production—including custom, personalized, or made-to-order products—cannot be canceled.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to certain custom or personalized products where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
