Thank you for shopping with Zero Hour Works. We strive to process and ship every order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated production times will be noted on the product page when applicable.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

From time to time, Zero Hour Works may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders promptly, Zero Hour Works is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and your package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Zero Hour Works is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or carrier claim when appropriate.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Zero Hour Works is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
