6. Optional additions

Because of what Zero Hour Works sells, consider adding a short paragraph under Section 2 – Our Products:

Due to differences in manufacturing processes, natural materials, and display settings, colors, finishes, engravings, and dimensions may vary slightly from product images. These variations do not constitute defects.

And under Section 3 – Orders:

We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Once those changes are made, the Terms will be much more tailored to Zero Hour Works while retaining Shopify's legal framework.
